About the Job:
As the Field Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving sales and distribution targets across key retailers, on-premises locations, and other business channels. This role requires a strong presence in the field, influencing retailers and distribution partners to embrace the entire Rebel Rabbit product line. This emerging category requires a lot of education for distributors, reps, retailers, and customers. People are still unaware THC beverages exist. It is our job to show them the benefits of this great product and why they need it.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust partnerships with Distributors and Retailers to expand the Rebel Rabbit portfolio within your assigned territory.
- Implement company sales strategies in key markets to dominate the premium water category.
- Collaborate with Distributor Partners to ensure effective trade execution and promotional program implementation.
- Work closely with the Chief Commercialization Officer and Leadership team to facilitate seamless communication.
- Spend three to four days per week in the field with Distributor Partner’s Sales teams to educate and execute the Rebel Rabbit portfolio.
- Identify opportunities in the field to enhance retailer support through distributor partnerships.
- Establish strong local relationships with key decision-makers for chain accounts within your territory.
- Focus on ongoing education with Sales Teams regarding category management, innovation, market conditions, competitor insights, and trends.
- Ensure excellent marketplace execution, maximizing distribution and securing prime retail space.
- Conduct 8-15 calls or walk-ins per day based on geography and initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent in Business or Sales Marketing.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the Beverage and Distributor Sales Environment.
-Basic understanding of hemp, THC, and the cannabis market
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, “make it happen” startup environment.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and objectives.
- Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Collaborative, open, and flexible.
- Successful history of driving sales in a high-growth environment.
- Experience selling in diverse sales channels (Natural & Specialty chains, Independents, Café, Transportation).
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Curious, forward-thinking, with an owner mentality.
- Proficient in both written and verbal presentation skills.
- Experience with in-store selling standards.
- Proven sales experience and achievement.
- Experience working with and influencing DSD and merch teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
