The Harmony Craft Beverages Field and Trade Marketing Division seeks an experienced Brand Specialist to join our team of growing beverage marketing specialists. The right candidate is passionate about cannabis beverages, an evangelist to the overall category, and committed to supporting our portfolio brands through well-executed activations.

As part of this team you will:
  • Work with the Director of Field and Trade Marketing to manage activation schedule and execute existing Brand Activations/learn new brand components as they become live
  • Lead trade-facing brand education and tastings
  • Engage with retail staff and maintain basic account check-ins across merchandising and other key categories 
  • Lead consumer-facing tastings, sampling, and direct sales activations, driving guests to appropriate channels (email, newsletter, DTC retail, etc.)
  • Track all activation activity through appropriate reporting channels both for HCB, the brand and the account 
  • Communicate efficiently and consistently with Harmony Craft Beverages marketing team to report on account and brand status 

To be successful in this role you must:
  • Be able to self-manage and execute several activations per week
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the brands in the HCB portfolio 
  • Understand hospitality and how to provide a hospitality-led experience for retailers and consumers
  • Have a warm, welcoming approach to educating about this category
